What is eSIM?
An eSIM is a virtual SIM card that does not require inserting a physical SIM card into your mobile device. eSIM cards are a convenient and digital alternative to traditional SIM cards and can be activated in a few simple steps (in most cases, it involves scanning a barcode). There are several companies that provide this technology, and it is recommended to choose the package that best suits your needs in terms of data volume, duration, and destination.

Activating the Package on a Google Pixel Device
As with other devices running the Android operating system, activation is quick and easy, and the specific steps you need to take depend on the package you purchased.
To add the eSIM you purchased as a second SIM, you need to go to your Network & Internet settings, tap on Mobile Network, and add the eSIM. After your device updates, go into the settings once again and go to the mobile network to choose a preference. The deletion process is also quick and simple. All you need to do is go to Network & Internet settings and select the eSIM you want to delete. Google’s Help Center provides more detailed guidance for the installation and removal process.
