In an era where remote work, international travel, and constant internet connectivity have become routine, the need for smart communication solutions keeps growing. eSIM technology (embedded SIM card) offers an elegant solution: connecting to a cellular network without the need for a physical card, without visiting a store, and without swapping SIMs between countries or carriers.
If you have a laptop that supports eSIM, you can enjoy internet access from almost anywhere in the world, simply by scanning a QR code from the provider. This is a huge advantage for travelers, freelancers, businesspeople, and even students who are constantly on the move.
In this guide, we’ll review the most up-to-date laptops with eSIM technology, present the most popular models in each brand, and also explain how to activate this technology easily. Additionally, we’ll note which manufacturers have not yet joined the trend – as of 2025.
